That's a pretty dogtulip waiver. The whole 'You waive all your rights' is bulltulip but pretty standard. As whole it's really vague, bet we have all signed more detailed waivers for the gym.
Absolutely no doubt in my mind the billionaire family is suing.
The CEO was on record saying he didn't want 50 year old white men (ie. retired military experts) instead he put inexperienced diversity hires (ie. inexperienced women) in charge of areas like risk assessments.
Anyone with half a brain could see that he was abusing LEAN principles, conflating overprocessing and safety as ‘waste’.
