I've never worked with Clarity. I've heard of them, but never used them.

My best contract and perm rates were with a consulting house funnily enough! Working for a bank would get me X amount but going through a consultancy would get me X+Y so for me they were positive - Not wipro but something similar

If you really must do it insist on weekly billing, and paid the week after, terms. Insist on a short notice period from your side.
I've previously been contracted to a bank, with TCS (via Avance agency) and had no issues with getting paid.

    This was 2018-2019, paid monthly.

They did try to get me to train their staff toward the end of the contract, but i just said it was not part of the contract and would need a separate engagement to do that.

I've been contacted by an agency for a contract role. It is inside IR35, the rate is ok (£575 a day), the end client is a bank and I'd be working via Wipro.

I've heard mixed reviews about Wipro so I'd like to know if any is currently in a similar arrangement to the one I'm describing or has a recent experience.

Judging by the few old posts on here, Wipro was a bit of a nightmare when it came to approving timesheets but again, posts are few and dated...
