I am being approached on a daily basis for outside roles at HMRC.
Either HMRC or the firms working for them are extremely inflexible about rates which is a shame because I quite fancy working for them.

Re: Asia skills shortage, it's a real one for SAP and Salesforce. The one in the UK is almost always a fake one but we will see some ripples in SAP and Salesforce eventually.
