Following last Fridays final submissions from HMRC which have left a lot of folk including myself feeling a little deflated and their points ringing in our ears, I thought I'd chuck my tuppence worth in.

4 years ago when this all kicked off, I appealed but also wrote to my MP who in turn...

There were at least 2 (the camera in the live stream pointed away from the bench) There was the chair -the main Tribunal Judge and the Member who is an accountant. Might have been 1 more Judge but not 100%....

They were scheduled to respond today according to the timetable. I think it was a mistake to finish early on Monday after Boox cross-examined the HMRC witnesses. Someone did say is there a danger we will overrun on Friday and the Boox Barrister was ready to summarise too....
