Spotted this article on LinkedIN re: our new Chancellor of the Exchequer, John Healey who was Financial Secretary to the Treasury from 2005 to 2007. So he was the key government minister responsible for introducing, defending, and passing the Managed Service Companies (MSC) legislation.
