I've tried again to make contact by phone and email with no success - can anyone suggest an accountancy firm that will pick up the pieces and not charge a massive amount to get us out of this mess?...

Interesting @SeriouslyPO but I think that's all automated - I'm also still getting the weekly Financial Snapshot.

I have now cancelled my direct debit to see if that awakens anyone there, but I won't hold my breath and will soon need to look for a better accountancy company....

I am part of the MSC activity but was not selected as a tribunal case so also don't have a contact for Osborne Clark. If they are not representing us any longer then I'd like to know what happened to the £1.3 million fund I contributed to.
