Good to see this looks to be on its deathbed, the wait does seem to be too long to claim a debt the way they are trying. This time around it's a lot more easy to ignore or fight. One thing I do remember though is the loans did have the caveats in the paperwork about repaying the debt any time up to...

?? Not missing the point at all. How did we ever think this was going to get past HMRC. Anyway... as you say nothing to do with where we are now, just my observation....

When I look at this I do wonder how the hell did any of us fall for this way back then?!
There's a warning right there isn't there? It's so easy to read documents any primary or secondary legalise in multiple ways.... sigh .... as always the lawyers make money off the back of our confusion,...

Not sure about this time but 'last time' when TFL came 'a calling' and people 'settled' with TFL. Even those who had settled with TFL were chased by Felicitas, not sure how that went though.
I am horrified by this re-appearing though not surprised. I am horrified though further about the...

Any others from CK who have access to the dispute portal, posed the question as to why there is nothing but tumble weed in the offices of CK?

That's what you took from the takeover and the disappearance of the directors?
Many years ago a video emerged of the packaged product Boox were selling. Even a blind man could see there was massive assistance. I don't believe either to be MSC but that's it. Just do some research and make...

Lawyers are expensive, especially good ones. I was worried how much it would cost me and not in monetary terms. Good luck finding your peace with all of this....

Well well well....
Not sure about all of this but it seems CK have been 'bought out' by Omnia Payroll Limited, worth doing a companies search for those involved... just saying. Not judging at this stage but the vernacular around their services is a little 'eyebrow raising'...

Fair shout, 100% correct for you. Others aren't so stoic or strong, at least at that time I most definitely wasn't. Life, living everything is more imporant than money IMHO...

The lawyers Gilbert Tax sent me to were Haddletons. The vernacular at the time was 'here is another one for you' and when I contacted Haddletons they were prepared.
The specialist on my case was Karen Eckstein, she was brilliant. I should point out although Haddletons were keen to fight I just...

I of course do but I will wait for cojak or a mod to allow the name to be posted. I think Tony and Ruth have both retired now actually....

The first time they struck with TFL it was perfect timing for them because the lines between the HMRC loan charge and this were extremely blurred in fact it was impossible to distinguish to mere mortals. Felicitas arrived just after and still there was confusion. I remember ignoring the TFL letters...

I remember I 'set' a lot of adverts at the time for the Islington Gazette and gazing with wonder and open eyes at how much property was in London! £50k used to get us all excited when average house prices in my area at the time were probably about £18k for a property like yours....

I hope they don't bring out the 'look who we took to court' weapon again. There was some insolvency case quoted early on in this where the list of creditors was Fel and I think they surrounded their claims with 'see what we did there!?!?!?' vernacular.
One thing I do wonder is if these...

Well this post brought back some pretty horrible memories. It's been said so many times but those worrying about this and it truly is a worry, just get help don't delay get help.
Having seen the previous' lots paperwork it is enough to start a panic. Panic will kill you being afraid won't....

He really wanted this if your MP is a member of the PAC, all MP help is good but the PAC seems to be the desired.
I have distanced myself from this a long time ago and paid little attention, resigned to ultimately losing, resigned to never seeing my first two years money back, I have spent...
