Yes, call 0800 111 6768. There's loads of options to choose from, i ended up choosing to report a company - some options just lead to a bot, but I spoke to a real person eventually. They then followed up with me by email....

I have also contacted the FCA. They subsequently confirmed in writing that W28 is not registered with them and as such are not authorised to provide any product or service covered by the Consumer Credit Act. Whilst they could not immediately confirm that the pack I received is misleading to the point...

Here's a legal definition of fraud in the UK. I have no legal expertise but based on this definition I would have thought these seemingly endless attempts to scare people into paying up must be sailing pretty close to the wind from a fraud perspective.

Yes fair point. Sorry I wasn't suggesting people don't seek legal advice, just that this doesn't seem to be a demand for payment (statutory or otherwise) and doesn't in itself necessarily require a formal legal response. That could quickly change of course and there's no harm having a legal defence...

What I have received is not a Statutory Demand. The pack is made up of hundreds of "Corrective Annual Statements", one for each "loan".

Useful link here on when debts become time served. I too have had the same massive pack from West 28th. I will be using the same approach as all previous attempts by Felicitas and its predecessors - ignoring it until I receive something that legally compels action. Nothing of the sort has ever turned...
