Whilst I am sure no funny schemes are being offered, it is not unheard of companies disappearing under funny circumstances without paying the deducted NI/tax to HMRC, and HMRC demanding the tax and NI from the individuals. This was rather common during the 1990s and 2000s wild-west years...

Ehhhm, Having suffered 14 years of pain and sleepiness nights being previously involved with totally above board, dont worry about it, its all legit , and top QCs recommend it employment schemes, I would personally keep as many miles away from offshore not 100% UK based companies....

The way I read this paragraph 2.6 is that in order to benefit from the new Loan Charge terms, you must first settle your pre 2010, and then it clearly says the pre-2010 loans are not benefiting from the new terms

The crazy thing is the review appears not to effect pre 2010 enquiries. Whilst Loan Charge victims get some reduction in liabilities, pre 2010 DR enquiries appear to be uneffected by the review which is absolutely mental...
