As a warning, just because the client is outside of the UK does not mean its automatically an outside IR35. If anything matters are more complex as the determination and liability falls on you so have to be extra carefull.

You are not very clear with your situation, no idea where you are based or how you are engaging with client.
In any case, for what its worth, I run a UK registered LTD company, with an agent & client based in the EU. No special accounting is required, except zero rate VAT with a statement...
