Just signed a three month extension in a job I'm hating ... not because of the work but because I get itchy feet and I've already been there two years.

Always been inside IR35 the whole contract, not fussed about that either way but the market seems dire enough for me to stay with the devil...

+1 for Clarity who are who I use when I am inside. 20-25% is the uplift you'll need in my factual experience....

I use 25% uplift when inside and offer a reduced outside rate - engagers choice.
