The problems with your idea of scrapping council tax for pensioners include:

A beautiful sunrise with no breeze, but an hour into our walk and the wind has returned.

Just passed the 1,000 mile mark on the new jalopy. Yes, it's <7 second 0-60, yes, i've done a few tip runs in it. Quite economical, cost about £18 for that distance.
