It appears that for some people, HMRC did not follow the law by providing information within particular time frames, they also mentioned the wrong company in some of their documents.
The judge has barred HMRC from taking part in further proceedings in this particular case (apart from proceedings...

Morning all
Stormy last night, but it wasn't raining at the start of our walk. The overcast skies meant the dawn chorus didn't start as early as yesterday.
The rain started again just after 7am. Good job I was wearing appropriate clothing.

This evening’s entertainment has been Seven Psychopaths. A good watch.

Woke up and looked out the window to see the moon reflecting off our pond in a way that reminded me of the Casino sign at the start of Goldfinger. Even though the skies were clear, it was 7C, so I'm not complaining there. The dawn chorus started around 6.30
...and that...

i mentioned the iMac, simply because traditionally Apple products have been better suited to editing still and moving pictures, and audio. (things that interest me)
This may, or may not, be due to the likes of Photoshop and DaVinci software first being written for Macs.
...of course,...

Dinner is prepped, a variation on Ottolenghi chicken with preserved lemons. Seed bread is prepped, to go in the oven at the same time as the chicken tagine.
Last night’s film entertainment was “Don’t Look Up” from five years ago. Funny, but also a lot of similarities to US politics right...

Misty and drizzling, it appears that the heaviest rain has been while I was asleep. The morning walk will wait about an hour to see if this clears.

Things that make a difference:
1. What country is the contract from (I did quite a bit of work in Europe on Swiss contracts)
2. What country is the work going to be done? (You may say it’s WFH, but is there any on-site expected?)
3. What currency will you be raising the invoices...

Drove to Canada today and got home with still over 120 miles range, possibly helped by putting the car into self drive mode (except you can’t call it that, and you can’t let go of the steering wheel for more than 15 seconds, but there’s no need to steer, speed up or slow down, the car does it all....

Sunshine and some blue skies out, for a change.
A very loud squall blew through about 21:00 yesterday, for a moment I thought it was a Chinook landing on the roof of the house.
Must fill the bid feeders today.

It's what you voted for, you are completely in agreement with "the self-appointed Brussels bureaucracy".
You wanted the UK to do badly, the UK is doing badly, you're blaming the EU and Labour for the results of your choices....
