I think the one about forcing payment of VAT and PAYE by direct debit is worth a look. There's also one about introducing First Time Buyer ISA to replace the Lifetime ISA, which may be relevant to younger members of this forum.

Cash can form an important part of a diversified portfolio and this will just complicate ISAs.
Most likely, platforms will just pay zero interest on cash balances.
