HMRC will be outside and probably via Equal Experts (or at least that is the consultancy / agency they used to use....

Love to know where you can insure the risk of an agency going belly up, factoring companies don't work like that.
But equally I don't particularly want a small agency potentially owing me 2 months money (monthly billing on 30 day terms)....

PSL will determine who the agency will work with so you ask the agent for the list and the Key Information Documents for the umbrellas on the PSL
Avoid any that won't talk about pension contributions as chances are they will be looking to play games to earn a few more quid in a way they...

If you can go when they are doing a tour - I didn't on one and to be frank without it the museum was a bit meh, what was behind this.

Have you followed the end results or the day to day proceedings?
I suspect this is very much how the full court case goes but the judgement rarely focusses on any of the anger - it will focus on the law and ignore the sales pitches..

It's not how they do salary sacrifice into SIPPs it is how they use Salary sacrifice instead of the more typical 5% employer / 3% employee contribution and then pocket all or most of the NI savings that approach generates.

If you aren’t going for a SIPP look at the key information documents and avoid the ones who don’t list pensions as a employer deduction because there is a reason behind that - umbrellas are starting to use salary sacrifice games to pocket any employer NI savings from pensions....

while pensions may be a personal decision - with the forthcoming salary sacrifice changes I would be throwing as much as possible into my pension pot before April 2029. After that you may as well take it as salary given the 15% tax....

There are 2 things we currently know

One thing I do know is that no law firm such as Trethowans will want their name attached in the mind of the general public to money grabbing by failed tax avoidance schemes....

Thinking about it overnight I was wondering if there is something incriminating within the documentation that they would need to send because an SAR really shouldn't be that difficult to deal with once you know the client.
