It’s a be problem in the hairdressing industry, HMRC are starting to get very interested in it.
I know because I know a salon owner who is heavily into employing their stylists properly.

You’ll have more to worry about if you’re moving to permie with the same client you worked for as a contractor. HMRC may well ask some very hard questions and prevent you from closing the company.
