    I'm OK - feeling this Ursine Influenza a bit though! MrsBear is out tonight so I've put little ones to bed, had a curry and now doing a bit of Plan B stuff.

    Trying ?!? to put together a bit of web site stuff as a front page, mailing list etc etc

        Yeah, I've had it for a week and a bit and today is he first day of runny nose etc - weird!
