One of the Civil Servants on my team left the internal directory out one night. Muggins here got carpeted. Actually, I was nearly summarily dismissed for that one and <sigh> grovelled. But hey, the rate was astronomical!
One of the SEOs forgot to lock his filing cabinet: MOD Plod dragged it to the middle of his office, wrapped it in heavy chains and a load of padlocks! It was like a Houdini stage stunt! He got publicly carpeted.
