Sunday shopping trip to Tesco and Morrisons done, dusted, washed in bleach, and put away.
Walk walked.
Shower showered.
Tea: Ginster's vegan Moroccan pasty in the poppety ping.
I find these ridiculously toothsome for some reason.
And a cheese topped stick (rather overcooked).

In the approx five weeks I've had with HWMBO this time around, I've managed to put on 5.6 kg
He has been told off for being a bad influence.
Diet starts Monday
It's mostly due to drinking too much (I drink very little, if anything, on my own) and not exercising enough as we'd normally be out walking about a lot but only really did that for the week we were in Spain.Comment

dinner has been chilli con carne <mixed beef and pork> from the freezer.
matured nicely, and i do like the mix.
washed down with my favourite red wine.
