wfh today...
so one my kids mates appeared at the door at about 9.30 because her parents were out and she had forgotten her key
would have been fine if I wasn't in my best Jimmy Saville dressing gown
luckily my kids were around and so they sorted it.Comment

Minor problem with testing this twitter stuff: I'm trying to single-step in the debugger, and keep hitting the API rate limit which causes the library I'm using to wait 90 seconds to retry
Not too bothered about the library busy-looping as hitting the limit is very unlikely to happen in production. More bothered that Twitter has such a stupidly low rate limit: 15 HTTP GETs per 15 minute window of time, when a cold start requires four calls just to get all the available data

Precipitation increased.
Amazon delivery arrived. The driver didn't ring the doorbell. The driver updated to say it had been delivered. After 10 minutes of checking, he had set the parcel on top of my wellies.
