Even GAL's get annual leave. I bet his year is dozens of earth years long though so it doesn't come round too often.

Bright sunny morning. Popped out for the milk and it was also raining.

Got a random V5 through the door this morning for a 1999 plate passat. Dunno what to do about that. It's all addressed correctly, just to someone who doesn't live here, and has never lived here.

My working assumption is that my address has been used by a pikey type who used to live down the road in a rental place a few years ago. I got something through once from the youth courts, which I ignored, but it could be the same false-address-trick being pulled. Anyway, they moved out ages ago. It's a mystery what benefit there could be to sending this to the wrong place on purpose* - any ideas on the best course of action? Send it back to the DVLA? Chuck it in the fire?

              * - except the criminal benefits, robbing banks, avoiding evading tax, or terrorism I suppose..
