House clearance services will come round, look over whats in there and offer you a price for the lot. It won't be much, but they will take pretty much anything that isn't nailed down so make sure you have removed all the bits you want before they start.

Still sunny here, but clouds are beginning to gather.

Have done 10 rounds with the brambles. I have retired, scratched and bleeding.

Looking out the window, my efforts have made no noticeable difference. Victory to the brambles, I think.

Glyphosate weedkiller. 5l spray from Amazon. Repeat application in two weeks and then again in the autumn. Worked for me, plus liberal use of strimmer and hedge trimmer
