Given that the last mile or two home was going to be a nightmare anyway because of roadworks, I decided to take an utterly stupid route involving the city centre.
Turned out the junction I thought would be particularly bad was absolutely fine
All the other junctions were about ten times worse than I'd expected

I dunno if watching Neighbours is sadder than my afternoon, which has comprised a rather more thorough than usual vac frenzy.
Even moved the ZeitParents' double bed to vac underneath it, which is proved by the colour of the "dust"* in the vac.
Also did a shedload of dusting.
With an actual duster.
*it's not dust, just loose carpet fibres, since I find it difficult to believe that dust could be that English mustard colour.Comment

Shula will be 57 on Sadurday.
The actor is knocking on for 70.
Time to do the dishes.
The fish was nice.
The broadbeans don't taste as good as the ones I grew but they were ok ish.
Stewed apple & custard for sweet.
Yum.Comment
