"We need to carry out more tests"
When I asked had she found something wrong, she replied that these tests showed no issues so they needed to look elsewhere.
I've had a busy day of not doing very much. The stuff that I needed to do today largely consisted of setting up a tiny bit of configuration, then running a command which took ages to do the work required by that configuration; rinse and repeat
In the interstices, I had the dishwasher on this morning and a further bedding wash on this afternoon. And I finally got around to measuring the study window and ordering a new blind for it. The roller blind in there was lying on the floor when I moved in and though I managed to set it back up, it's now broken again: the cord fell off so it has to be rolled up or down by hand, and if I'm not careful it falls off and hits me on the head. I'm getting one with vertical slats instead
Old neighbour's funeral earlier. Lot of people there, he was well known and popular in village. Expect there will be about 3 people max at mine, the old phone box up the road would be a suitable venue.

I managed to make good progress on the Swift app this evening. Even better, I did it by writing tests and getting the stuff working in there before I ever tried running the app, which made it very easy to add what was needed before I finally fired it up - and it worked! Not quite first time, as there was one bit I'd forgotten, but when I remembered that it only took ten seconds to set up
And as a change from Barbara Comyns, I returned to the Irvine Welsh project and started rereading Porno, the first sequel to Trainspotting
Thursday tomorrow! I was wondering whether to go shopping tomorrow night or leave it until Friday. But then I remembered that I'm going south for a belated Easter gathering on Saturday, and I go right past a Sainsbury's at each end of the journey (not-as-big here, big there) so if there's anything I need, I can stop off and get it then
