Temp up to 24C now, I've just filled a demijohn with yesterday's pressing. It's bubbling away quite vigorously for one so young. Oh, and yes, it's full on scrumpy - no campden, no added yeast, no added anything.
The hydrometer gave a Brix of 13.6, which I'm happy with (that would be 7.3% ABV)
