It was raining when I left home for the walk earlier. Within about 20 metres of vertical that had turned to sleet. A further 20m at it had turned to snow. And now that we're home from the walk, it's started to snow here.

Apparently the chest X ray I had about 3 weeks ago was clear, which doesn't really explain why I cough so much.

I need that occasionally for my back teeth as my gums are over enthusiastic around the lower molars.

How is your daily dental hygiene routine? And how was it for last 10 years?

Personally I clean 3 times a day. Electric toothbrush. I clean the gums. Interdental and floss once a day.

Exce[t after accident. I only cleaned once a day. Hygenist was well cheesed off with me.
