Queries don't update, although you can run updates using SQL Query

Just phoned the garage to check on the status of the SMC, and the long and short is it's not ready yet. They know I don't need it urgently, so I wouldn't blame them if they aren't rushing over the job

They're closed for a few days next week, so it might not be back for some time at this rate. I'd better start parking the Corolla a bit further over so nobody can snaffle its spot out the back.

Whatever happened to that Zeit-wotsit chap anyway? I quite liked the old bugger

Wouldn't trust him with a firearm, mind.

Cocktail sausages for lunch, as they Needed to be Eaten™

I suppose I ought to be thinking about organising myself for the journey to London. I've decided not to stay over on Saturday, so I should be able to cram everything into the messenger bag I got from a conference in 2007.

Dominoes pizza for lunch. It appears that Scottish management food choices live up to Scottish stereotypes.

I suspect for our working dinner tonight we'll be offered burgers or fish & chips.
