For tea tonight, roast shoulder of lamb with the usual trimmings. Exceedingly nice, it was

Tonight's telly has been the first two episodes of BBC Two - A House Through Time. Very interesting stuff. I gather the first series was about a house in Liverpool, which would of course have been more interesting to me, but until such time as that reappears on iPlayer this one in Newcastle upon Tyne will do

      Goodnight all

Last nights repast was a Lamb curry with a butternut squash version of sag aloo. The lamb being almost the last of the leg left over from Sundays roast.

Sunday's leftovers are doing well to last until Wednesday.

                Morning all.

                Undry.

                Damp.

                Dreary.

                Dank.

                Sunless.

Apparently Thursday, though I'm not altogether sure of that.

                Sun's out.

To be fair I was surprised how much there was. The original leg cost £12 for the Easter Sunday roast, and has done that, two lunches for two and dinner for two and there is still enough for another meal for two left over. Works out at £1.50 per head per meal.

Damn it. Annoying when you want to get on and find an unexpected problem with PC. Thought my eyesight was going funny at first but found my monitor resolution has reduced and the normal default is not in the list. WTF???
