    Afternoon.

Still haven't found the passport/birth certificate for Strangelove Mater.

Found the christening certificate for Strangelove Grandfather from 1884.

Found various birth certificates for great uncles & aunts who, in general, specifically, didn't make it to 1900, including specifically, the one who fell off a cart, banged his head on the road and died aged 3.5.

None of which are worth a wank, so I'll have to look further & harder.

Found a funeral notice of a cousin (adopted) who was such a nice guy he stole off his adopted mother, and got sent down for theft from the Coop.

There's not a cloud in the sky at the moment, but those chem trails are very obvious.

In with the hoi polloi and now it's time to go home for lunch.

Which, as a treat to me, is a Pukka steak & kidney pie.

    Yum.

<brief interstitial hiatus during which I walked home in the sunshine>

One small cloud observed in an otherwise blue sky.

The weather is really & truly borked again.

    The pie was nice enough.

It was, of course, Morrisons, reduced.

But I think you all knew that.

    Fecking eyes are itching again.

    Bloody trees.

      Leicestershire's finest! Enjoy

Lunch here has been the last of the cocktail sausages (including the bonus 31st one) as they Needed to be Eaten™, and a bag of crisps

I was going to have a roast pork cob but, due to the NtbE status of the sausages, the remains of the other night's roast pork are now on the schedule for tonight.

You could always go back and delete a few posts so you get it. Not that I would do anything like that......

And despite an afternoon of going through shedloads of stuff, still haven't found said documents.

P.S. You'd better spin round 3 times widdershins having mentioned deletions or you may raise The Ghost.

Sat down for 10 minutes looking at this load of tosh, only to find myself dozing off.

I think I'll download the British Library's British National Bibliography dataset in RDF-XML format and write a parser to stick it all in a database

Just been out. Still light at 8pm

Even though that's really 7pm in old money, it's still impressive
