Someone has just put wrapping paper on the work fridge. To look like Father Christmas. Piccie on my fb feed.....

New admission. This one was unconscious; might have been brought from elsewhere in the hospital. I think this room is just about full again - there might be one bed left down the far end.

Lunch, during which the newbie arrived, has been beef casserole with boiled spuds and dumpling (singular), followed by chocolate mousse. Like everything here it could do with a lot more salt (though not the mousse), but it wasn't bad

So you pull on Santa's belt, reach in and get some cream out?

I'm not sure if that was what you intended.

The contract ends on January 7th anyway, so I wasn't planning to be back there after stopping for Christmas, or only for a day or so. But if they want to extend, they'll have to wait until February at the earliest now. Saves me having to drive the A14 during that terrible January weather
Agent to Client:- "NFs gone AWOL, I haven't any clue as to why, however, its your lucky day as I have an ideal (read cheaper and less skilled) replacement, fortunately who has, just this minute, become available"

Don't forget IPSE+ has both scenarios covered.

On of my locals has just updated their facebook page to say they are doing 20% discount for anyone who can make it there tonight.

...well it would be rude not to support local businesses.

Does it ensure the scotch broth goes to a good, caring home??
