            Weather's changeable here today. At the moment it's gloomy and grey and damp from a passing shower, yet twenty minutes ago it was quite sunny. Quite cold either way, though

                  Always a good idea (not) to do a hard spinning class on the day you have to cycle to and from another station to avoid the rail replacement bus service in fear of the mad driver and his mate.

                    Well at least I learnt my cycling jacket I brought via Kickstarter is warmer than my cheaper one. Though I must do something about the clashing rucksack .
