My technology informs me that it is "partly cloudy" out. There is insufficient light to confirm this observation from in here, though I'm prepared to accept its estimate of 4° as the temperature

Coventry is grey and dull. The weather is too, though my window is peeping northwards where blue sky is visible. There may also be fluffy clouds in due course, but the sun is only just rising so the tops of them are catching a rosy glow whilst the bottoms of them are as dull and lifeless as a north korean champagne bar.
