Wow, I've had a meeting with two of the Japan managers. Lasted just over an hour.
The PM wasn't involved but he saw me afterwards and asked me what time I was leaving today.


In other words, ClientCo have wasted 6 days of my life and spent the guts of £15,000 for me to attend an unplanned 1 hour meeting.

Remember that database I built a few years back, 1/4 million hyperlinked key word searchable easily accessible documents and drawings. Copy on the main server, 5 external drive copies for security? The client moved offices a couple of weeks ago and lost it (them). Good thing I kept a backup at Home

Anyway, I'm going back contracting in a few weeks after being permie for 8 years. Do I go Limited or PAYE Umbrella? go on, save me Googling?

Just had an email from Royal Mail to say a special delivery is out for me today. No idea what it was so I went into their track and trace program, where I discovered it was currency that was delivered over a month ago.
