Sunny one here. Was just about to go out on my bike, but made the mistake of lifting a spoonful of rice krispies to my mouth without adequate warm up, and something in my ribs went 'ping'. Will attempt to dress and see if it eases off.

Sunny half-an-hour ago, then got cloudy while I abluted. Now it comes and goes. Thunderstorms are still on the cards, though it seems they'll probably wait until after my journey southward, and go away before my journey back again
