Have a look at BacRac - An innovative device to help alleviate back pain - I've got one, but my back's not been too bad of late to need to use it.Originally posted by NickFitz View PostBack from the doc's
Verdict: just going to have to wait for the back pain to sort itself out (which, admittedly, it nearly has) and take painkillers if I need to. Also, up the allopurinol to twice a day. And take more exercise - he printed off a couple of pages of exercises designed to promote healing of the back, or some such.
So now I can start deciding what to do about dinner

Looks like a similar concept to my foam roller/pussy cat toy. They were very excited to join in when I started rolling this morning. Still cricked though. Fortunately it's not hindering my ability to post crap on internet forums.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostHave a look at BacRac - An innovative device to help alleviate back pain - I've got one, but my back's not been too bad of late to need to use it.Comment

I'm lurking today. Want to keep an eye on things without the expectation that I'll respond. Feeling a little guilty about lack of productivity at clientCo... As I'm not a CC member, I'll settle for invisible presence.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostFor the first time in ages, you're not showing as logged in on the IPSE forums. A fellow pupil who was a keen photographer, from one of the boarding houses adjacent to the school estate.Originally posted by zeitghost View PostAnd theburglarsome person just happened to have a camera handy, like?
He made a few bob when his photos were used by newspapers at the time (the Telegraph used a couple), then again a few years later when the school's insurers used that one of the blazing spire in an advertising campaign. I remember seeing it on an advert in the Tube; quite disconcerting to see that as I rode up an escalator, I remember
