          Shopping done

          After a couple of weeks of brown bread, I've gone back to white, as I'm not sure one can make truly satisfying fried bread with brown - particularly the fancy brown-with-all-kinds-of-seeds loaf I've been tentatively feeding on.

          I reckon some kind of two-weeks-brown, two-weeks-white regime is probably just as good for one as eating sawdust bread all the time.

              Don't have it very often, though.

                Well thats it, I'm officially old. Went to the opticians for a routine eye test. I need reading glasses, or varifocals.
