                      We're using some service hosted in Germany, and there's a problem because of timezones. Dev here sends a detailed explanation of how the error is arising to the German dev, who replies that he's unable to reproduce the issue.

                      Which of course he can't, because he's in the same timezone as the service, and the whole point is that it falls over when you're in a different timezone
