The time to start really worrying is when he predicts the sea of glass.

Not much good comes of that.

Well if you look far enough in the future, it will probably all come true.

(Am slightly worried about the pizza prediction, however, as I've just eaten a slice for lunch. I suspect that I'll pay for it this evening )
