    You didn't really read my post did you? I work with IR35, eek works with IR35, many contractors work with IR35 - none of those are 'victims' of IR35.

    The 'victims' were those who did not work with IR35 - those contractors who used EBT schemes or used dodgy umbrellas hoping for a bigger payout.

    I have huge sympathy for unwitting victims (including those now in dodgy/cloned umbrellas thinking that they are legit).

                    Worth saying

                    1)he really hates the change but it might be that he was responsible and designed it.
                    2) he has a point regarding the number of people who will be going self employed come April
                    3) however, the 2017 and 2021 rules simply weren’t working…
