PSOs will be "annoyed" that they can't attract private sector bods at all now almost everything is inside IR35.

Don't forget that some of the worst affected staff will be Nurses and other frontline people that were pushed this way when Hospitals stopped them doing overtime and made them go to agencies... Even if they are in the wrong I dont want to see Health staff getting shafted in what is really a zero sum game for government given that it comes in and out of them.

I am guessing that its going to get booted down the pitch.
If we are talking about Nurses the bigger issue is hidden in the letter I linked to earlier (overtime should now be on books)

Then you were deluded. The thing was never going to be canned. It was never going to be delayed.

There's been lots of cryptic posts flying around from more than one poster, but I agree with the sentiment - little cryptic hints here and there are utterly unhelpful. Either give some details / rumour or do nothing - hints about "something is going to happen soon" aren't much use to man nor beast.

Straightforward answers / thoughts are (IMHO) much more appreciated without the need for people to keep coming back to give the poster that little bit more smug satisfaction - the playground "I know something you don't know" mentality that pervades some forums, if you like. It's easy to post something along the lines of "if you know as much as I do then you'll see XYZ" - it's much more welcoming if you post "page 39 of document ABC highlights..." so that people get as clear an answer as possible without the hints, nudges, winks etc.

There is going to be a response to this soon but I don't want to let the cat out of the bag just yet.
