Can anyone who is currently dealing with an HMRC determination relating to their dealings with Procorre please get in touch. I am keen to talk to people in a similar position so that we can share information and experiences. Thank you

And I will add this:
A word of warning Ladies and Gentlemen.
In the past we have had scheme advisors pretending to be punters caught up in this kind of mess.
Their modis operandi is to ask you to contact them using email away from the forum (either publicly or via PMs), and then try to persuade you to to drop proceedings/provide you with false information and certainly to stop posting negative things about the original scheme or the debt collectors (presumably to try and keep the brand ‘clean’).
Be aware of those who try this, test the waters of any WhatsApp group for this kind of thing happening.
And let the Mods know what is happening, we will deal with the forums our end without letting on who informed us."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

And if you are / were a member of this scheme then get proper advice from a tax specialist because if I understand what webberg posted on LinkedIn yesterday - things are about to get very complex for reasons that will allow HMRC to claim everything should have been subject to income tax in a particularly vindictive way.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

I had been wondering when this train wreck would finally leave the rails. I'm not sure anyone fully understands how it worked in detail. Fascinating to watch it unravel now. For a very short time I recall Procorre was on here but they didn't stick around for long.Public Service Posting by the BBC - Bloggs Bulls**t Corp.

Hi, I received a letter yesterday. I only used Procorre for about 15 months and they are asking for a significant amount of money.
has anyone spoke to an accountant or got advise. I'm calling a specialist on Monday... would be good to hear other people's experiences!Comment
