Adamo plus assos chamoix cream - peppermint . If the skin is broken use sudocrem, pro women put a small Evian bottle in the freezer the day before, the contour of the bottle containing ice is perfect for after, you don't need more info than that. Think about double bagging as you break yourself in (2 pairs of cycling shorts) or there are cycling short underwear available, I paid about £11 for a pair from wiggle about 5 years ago, they can be a savour of your pricey shorts.

36 miles with the CTC (with long cake stop @ 20.). Beautiful day.

A tad faster than I'd normally do, especially up the hills, but I applied a bit of MTFU and made sure I wasn't last.

Gorgeous here too. Missed the club ride this morning after getting a puncture on the way to the meeting point so ended up doing my own thing pootling around the countryside for a few hours in the sunshine

Woke up at 1pm after falling asleep at. 6.30am.
Now psyching myself up to sit in the garden.
              Feel the burn.

Roast dinner, followed by beer and trivial pursuit. Then supper, with more beer.

Had 2 calzone poos. The 2nd one, recently, might have made way for supper MK 2.

well done 20% more than me (I cracked the 30 mile barrier at last) and I'm reaching for the frozen Evian Bottle.

Spent the afternoon clearing up the shed (I can't sit down in there at present).
