We don't want all of Google and Facebook there - it'll get too crowded and MacDonalds will start opening up all over the place - can't we just say that one representative from a firm living on the Island is enough to give them global tax exemption? -
Can we agree on a little matter; if we find oil under our tropical paradise, will everyone just keep their gobs shut about it? We don't want the Americans rolling in with tanks, machine guns, drones, guided missiles and their noxious taste in shirts. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Why only if we find oil - we don't want all in sundry turning up at all do we? No representatives are required or allowed. They will however require 1 proxy director resident on the island (i.e. me in both cases).Originally posted by LisaContractorUmbrella View PostWe don't want all of Google and Facebook there - it'll get too crowded and MacDonalds will start opening up all over the place - can't we just say that one representative from a firm living on the Island is enough to give them global tax exemption?merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

Anyone remember the BBC series, Castaway? Taransay wasn't exactly tropical, but it shows it's doable.Comment

If I ever get around to re-doing my old RTS game, I'm so going to put CUKland in it. Maybe a mission to crush a rebel oil-and-tuna-rich island.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

This will be like an MSC for all the major multinationals - we'll be rich, rich I tell you [the smiley board seems to be broken but I don't think we have a master criminal laugh one anyway so you'll just have to use your imaginations]
