When you live in a classy area, the need for Police vigilance is minimal.

There are undoubtedly places in the region where I live that are more expensive than places where you live. Without getting specific on individual properties it would be impossible for either of us to be certain who may have the more expensive property. But that would be to measure against monetary value alone. There is much more to it than that. You appear to know the price of everything and the value of nothing. One of many failings on your part.
However, I have been to Wandsworth, and I would not live there for all the tea in China.
Even if you DO have a nice house, it would be like having a rosy apple in a box of turds.
