Approach the other small hotels and ask if they will use you as overflow? If they have a function you pop round and collect the extra guests & drop them off in the morning / arrange a complimentary taxi.

OK the other hotel will want some of the sale but that isn't a problem.

Looks a bit "stark" to be honest. No mention of breakfast, if there is a breakfast room, then would be good to have a piccy. Also what is in the room isn't there a TV, there should be, perhaps show more fittings to make it look comfortable.

Actually I am. He's been monitoring google all day to see if his Adwords ad shows up. It hasn't. I am an Adwords virgin so had frakked up his keywords. Loads of good tools on there, and I have now sorted out his keywords.

He is appearing on page 1 of google in the adwords section for his chosen keywords.

I think ultimately this may be the case. It had been interesting watching the responses. Up til now very helpful. I thought being contractors we rented out places like this. I was waiting for the first sad jealous maggot to pop up. SasGuru would have field day.

Tomorrow I am officially out of pwning retirement and back to my usual good form. I took a week off under the radar for the benefit of the forum, and it has not gone unnoticed.
