SY - you have registered the URL with Google, haven't you? I'd imagine adwords would do that - but I've never used adwords before. If not I've done it: Add your URL to Google

Not that I've ever seen his site appear in the adwords section. Ever.
Adwords says there's been over 9K impressions and 4 clickthroughs though.

Work how much he needs and work out a way to get there short term, then look to move up market long term. Its too nice for a B&B it would make a great romantic getaway.
