Umbrella Co mortgages - any personal recommendations?

Having just found out the hard way that mortgage companies do not understand umbrella companies, has anybody got any personal recommendations of companies to look at, that will take into account umbrella earnings.

I've got years of consistent earnings, then my Ltd Co before that, I just need somebody who understands it!

There used to be a company called Contractor Mortgages/Contractor Financials. I used them way back in the day. They were good with me on a few occasions.
I'm not sure if they still exist. Surely if they did still exist, they would understand the umbrella setup and one assumes they would be able to assist you.

Yeah there was a fella on called Martin, can't remember if he was one of those you mention or something like ASFinancials

I used Freelancer Financials for an umbrella mortgage renewal last year. Got a better deal than most of the normal ones. Freelancer have done all my BTL, outside IR35 and umbrella mortgages over the last decade and never an issue with my situation vs getting a good deal.

Looks at the internal advice at current clientco.

Don't leverage borrowing on a depreciating asset and London prices are still falling and have some way left to go..

That's what I wanted to hear, had a quick chat with them and they sound pretty spot on
