No, but it is a tad cold to enjoy it for me!

I suppose technically the point is that the second you're brolly the "gig", as it pertains to you, is neither inside or outside. You're completely removing the element of IR35 and so any SDS is just immaterial and not applicable. It doesn't need an SDS, and it might as well not exist....

Absolutely - I really should have fleshed that out a little more! Ultimately, I just wanted to say if you go 18v you'll never wish you'd gone 12v, and of course the 18v ecosystem is far far bigger. You can even buy lawnmowers and stuff now!
Whereas if you go 12v, you might find yourself...

I feel reasonably qualified to answer here, having built an entire extension! Firstly, you want 18v - absolutely without a doubt. I've got a set of 12v Makita Impact & Combi Driver in the garage that, quite literally, hasn't been touched since I went 18v 4/5 years ago. Contrast that to last year, when I was looking for work in Feb/Mar and it seemed that...

Not having a client e-mail is a little odd on a traditional contract - getting given client accounts is common even in corporate consultancy. I certainly don't see how using one is an IR35 indicator, but if that's what they need to class you as outside then take it.
You should have...Last edited by vwdan; 6 April 2021, 08:58.

This'll be it. On the whole new build quality isn't that bad, and far more old houses are in dire need of serious remedial works. If the mortgage companies worried that much about the condition, they'd insist on surveying the huge percentage of 20's, 30's, and 40's housing stock being sold every year...

I had one of these - I'd had a bad day, so took the moment to have a little chat with them and let off a little steam. Took him about 10 solid seconds to respond and call me a word before ending the call

I love the idea that this is the only two options. Like, you couldn't just say hello?...
