              (The relevant bit is in the first 2 minutes.)

              They said that if you earn more than £1000/year by selling electricity back to the grid then it's taxable income. However, that's not a problem (for now) if you're just using the power in your own home.

              According to the comments, this might fall under the "side hustle" rules (i.e. a combined limit of £1,000/year for anything outside your main job):
