I'm in my 40s with no children, never had the desire to procreate (I'm sure many will say that's a good thing
), and I definitely don't want to as I get older.
I've read what the NHS website has to say - I know you can go the NHS route or private and that the first step in either case is to speak with my GP, but I'd welcome any anecdotes or insight.
